This policy describes how HP Indigo Digital Press Division collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website and its demo, quote and training forms.
Through demo, quote, service-coverage and training-enrolment forms we collect: full name, company or converter name, country, work email and phone, role, press series of interest, monthly impression or linear-metre volume, substrate mix and application notes. Website analytics collect anonymised visit data — page visited, referrer, device class and country.
Submitted information is used to contact you about press demonstrations, written specification shortlists, ElectroInk and supplies logistics, field-service proposals, training enrolment and follow-up on your stated application. Anonymised analytics are used to improve the structure of this website.
For sales, service and training activities we may share your submission with an authorised HP Indigo sales partner, service contractor or certified training centre in your region. These partners are contractually bound to protect your data to the same standard as HP Indigo and to use it only for the task you requested.
Demo and quote submissions are retained for the duration of the active sales cycle and for a reasonable follow-up window thereafter, consistent with HP data-retention policy and applicable data-protection law. You may request deletion at any time.
Information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in systems protected by industry-standard access controls. Field engineering and PrintOS telemetry is governed by additional service-contract-level security controls. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; HP Indigo applies commercially reasonable safeguards.
We use first-party cookies to remember session state and third-party cookies for anonymised analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit certain form functions. We do not use cookies to build individual advertising profiles on this site.
Subject to your local law (including GDPR for EEA residents and applicable state privacy laws in the U.S.), you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal data we hold about you. Submit requests through the Contact form with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
As a global division, HP Indigo may transfer submitted data across national borders to regional demo centres, parts depots and training facilities listed on the Contact page. Transfers use appropriate contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where required).
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory change or new services; the effective date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the form consent text at the time of submission.
For privacy questions, use the Contact form with the subject “Privacy Request”.
