Legal / Terms of Service

Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of this HP Indigo Digital Press Division website, ordering of demonstration materials, and participation in demo-centre and training programmes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. HP Indigo may update these terms periodically; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of Site Content

Datasheets, spec matrices, imagery and written content are provided for evaluation of HP Indigo products and services. You may download and share material internally for procurement evaluation. You may not republish, resell or rehost the content, or present HP Indigo materials as your own.

3. Trademarks & Intellectual Property

“HP Indigo”, “Indigo”, “ElectroInk”, “LEP”, “LEPx”, “PrintOS”, Indigo series names (7K, 12K, 15K, 35K, 100K, 200K, V12) and associated marks are trademarks of HP Development Company, L.P. Third-party marks (Pantone, Fogra, G7, Idealliance, ESKO, GMG) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced under fair use.

4. Demo & Quote Requests

Information you submit via demo, quote and specification-request forms is used to assess your application, schedule a demo-centre visit and provide written press recommendations. Submission does not create a sales agreement. Any purchase is subject to a separate written contract between your organisation and HP Indigo or its authorised partner.

5. Specifications & Claims

Published specifications — impressions per month, engine speed, substrate range, colour gamut — reflect HP Indigo’s current datasheets. Actual performance depends on substrate, operator skill, DFE configuration and finishing workflow. “Best in row” and “up to” values are maxima, not guaranteed throughput for your site.

6. External Certifications

HP Indigo presses are engineered to support G7, Fogra PSO and Pantone Production Partner workflows. Certification of your own print shop is issued by the certifying body (Idealliance, Fogra, Pantone) and is subject to their audit. Presence of an HP Indigo press does not by itself confer certification on your workflow.

7. Liability & Warranty

This website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HP Indigo disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular purpose arising from website content. Product warranties are governed by the written terms of your purchase contract and service agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of the HP entity contracting with you. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction clause of your signed purchase or service agreement.

9. Contact

Questions regarding these terms can be raised through the Contact form, directed to the “Legal” subject line.
