Check the print head, RIP software, ink profiles, powder shaker, curing setup, and spare-parts path. MZK is one of many DTF brands; the machine matters, but support matters more. Use a first article inspection. Before a full run, ask for a sample made with the production setup—not a hand-picked demo. For digital print, check color targets, substrate, adhesion, scuff, and finishing. For DTF, wash and stretch tests. For 3D printing, check dimensions, layer adhesion, and material certs. I have our team sign off on a golden sample. Then every delivery is measured against it. In 2022, we implemented a verification protocol after a bad batch cost us a $22,000 redo and delayed a launch.
